Please understand that all purchases are final. Our hair products are carefully inspected prior to our shipping them in new and unused condition.
- We do not issue refunds. All products are quality checked before shipping.
- You must contact us within 5 days from delivery if you believe that you have received the wrong PS Hair™ texture. We will happily arrange a replacement right away for confirmed hair texture mistakes. You will be required to email clear digital photos of the product(s) in question.
- We will happily reimburse your return exchange shipping costs related to hair texture mistakes made in during fulfillment.
- Please contact us within 5 days from delivery to discuss and have approved your return exchange request.
- All returns must be in new and unused condition. The hair must not have been wet or manipulated. You must return all packaging. Hangtags and/or bindings must not have been removed or altered.
