SHIPPING and RETURNS


We do not process orders on weekends, state of emergency, and on holidays.  All orders ship from North Carolina via USPS Priority mail. USPS Priority Express (Overnight) depends on product availability. Please contact us fordetails. We are not responsible for the theft of, lost shipments, courier or “acts of nature” related delays.  Orders will ship to the address associated with your payment method used. Tracking numbers will be uploaded to your PS Hair account.

 

SHIPPING

  •  "Shipping" refers to when your order leaves our warehouse.   contact us about approximate backorder and wig ship time before ordering.

  

  • 5-7  working days unless otherwise indicated.
  • Out-of-stock (backorder), clip-ins, some closures    7-10 working days.

DELIVERY

 “Delivery" refers to when your courier delivers your package at your shipping address.  

 

  • USA delivery:  1-3 business days.
  • International delivery:  5-7 business days.  Customers are responsible for Customs fees or Customs delays.

PAYMENT

 Yoru payment and any fees must before an order will begin processing or shipped.  “Free Shipping” is via First Class Mail only. 

STATUS UPDATE

 There is no automatic status change to report to you between your purchase date and the day your order ships from us. You will not receive any communication from us during that time but you are very welcome to contact us any time you have questions or concerns. 

RETURN

As of June 18, 2019, Private Stock Hair™ no longer issues refunds.  Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns; all purchases are final.  Please understand that all purchases are final. Our hair products are carefully inspected before shipping. 

 

  • We do not issue refunds.  We are happy to issue store credit when necessary after we have evaluated your individual circumstance. 
  • All returns require prior written approval from Private stock Hair™. 
  • For your convenience, we will happily reimburse your USPS First Class shipping cost for approved returns.  
  • Please contact us within 5 days from delivery to discuss your return request. 
  • All Private Stock Hair™ returns must be in new and unused condition. “New and unused condition” means that approved Private Stock Hair™ item(s) being returned must not have been wet, combed, styled, brushed, finger-combed, colored, mishandled, or manipulated in any way.  You must return all packaging with an approved exchange.  
  •  We cannot accept/honor any exchange if the hangtags or bindings around the weft (or hair) have been removed, cut, or detached.
