Track my order

Payment must be collected before production begins. If you cannot locate your Transaction ID, please check your PS Hair account to determine your order status.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Your order status will be ONE of the following.

“Processing” status means that your order is in production or fulfillment. “Processing” is NOT related to your credit or debit card payment status.

“Completed” status means that your order has been shipped to you. Shipping & Returns policy review may be found here.
