As of January 2021,  Private Stock Hair does not process orders on weekends, state of emergency, and on holidays.  All orders ship from North Carolina via USPS unless otherwise arranged.   Private Stock Hair is not responsible for the theft of, lost shipments, courier mishandling, or “acts of nature” related to shipping. We will happily cooperate with postal claims as necessary.

Please consider the following timeframes below before placing your order.  Some orders may ship sooner than others You are welcome to contact us for the approximate shipping time before ordering. If we encounter delays with your order processing time or shipping, will promptly notify you via your email on file with us.  

Processing Time

 Processing time is 1-5 business days. "Processing time" is the time it takes to craft or prepare your order before shipping. 
 

Shipping

Shipping is 7-10 business days.  "Shipping or ship" is the time when your order has been accepted by the courier service which is typically USPS. 

Delivery

“Delivery"  is the time when your courier delivers your package at your shipping address.  The following is a guideline for delivery timeframes.

  • USA delivery:  1-3 business days.
  • Canada/International delivery:  5-7 business days.  Customers are responsible for Customs related costs and all fees.  

Payment

  •   Your payment and any fees must be paid before an order will begin processing or shipping.  

Order Status Update

There is no status update to be reported to you between order processing and shipping. We will notify you if there is a problem with your payment or a delay in processing and shipping.  

Though you may not receive a status update from us during processing and shipping, we are happy to hear from you!  Please reach out to us with your questions or concerns. 

Refunds

As of June 18, 2019, Private Stock Hair™ no longer issues order refunds but we do however happily issue store credit instead.   

Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our human hair extensions and prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Due to sanitary reasons and health concerns, we cannot accept all returns on our hair pieces or orders. We believe in delivering only the highest quality products, and each extension undergoes rigorous quality control measures to ensure it meets our standards before shipping. We encourage customers to carefully look at the hair upon receipt, and in the event of craftsmanship issues, please contact us for assistance within three (3) days. Your satisfaction and well-being are of utmost importance to us.

We can not accept returns that are no longer "new and unused".  New and unused among other things, include the following;

  • Wefts or hair must not have been opened or or unfolded.
  • Hair must not have been excessively altered from factory pattern.  Hair cannot be brushed or combed through. Gently finger-combing is acceptable.
  • Hair must not have had bindings cut, tampered with or removed.
  • Hair must not have been exposed to, or had applied to it, any water, product or heat from any source. 
  • Hair must be Private Stock Hair™ and no other brand and be the exact hair piece that we have authorized through prior written approval. 
  • Hair must have its original hangtags and bindings still attached.  

Please rest assured that all of our products and orders are carefully inspected before shipping. Bulk hair, clip-ins and wigs are not eligible for return or exchange.
